About welearn,

We are welearn, continuing education, centered on the student and based on typical problems of a professional career.

welearn, is PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING

PBL is recognized as the learning strategy with higher added value for the courses with professional goals, because it develops in the students, the skill that most correlates with their "employability", which is the "ability to solve in a more efficient way the problems" that professionals face in the course of their careers.

A PBL- based educational system is capable of giving more "employability" to economically active people than: the model of schools with their traditional training courses; the model of corporate competency management, which most companies adopt.

We use Artificial Intelligence to create problems to improve your skills with the solutions of them.

About the PBL method

What does PBL mean?
PBL is the abbreviation of ”Problem-based Learning”. Through PBL, students learn by solving problems and reflecting on their experiences.

The dynamics of each PBL experience is divided into two phases. In the preparation stage - individual, the student learns about the problem, detects and eliminates the technical gap to solve it - self-directed learning. In the discussion stage - in a group and conducted by a tutor, students present their solutions and discuss the “transferability” of the different solutions presented for similar problems.

What are the benefits of PBL?
PBL is a proven learning strategy for developing higher-order non-technical professional skills. These skills represent an important differential in the level of employability of professionals when they compete for opportunities in the job market with professionals who have similar technical skills.

How does PBL develop non-technical professional skills?
Higher-order non-technical professional skills are the result of the continued use of technical knowledge and skills in real conditions of uncertainty, information asymmetry, resource constraints and diverse pressures, according to the restrictions of the portfolio of individual behavioral skills of each professional.
